D.R.I. at The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee

D.R.I. will be performing their "old skool" punk hits at the Eagles Club/Rave in Milwaukee on February 6th. D.R.I. is short for Dirty Rotten Imbeciles. They have been around for over 25 years, and their latest release is on Beer City Records, a Milwaukee label. The famous logo of the skankin' man can be found all over the world.

Spike, Kurt, Eric, and Dennis were the first four members. That was 1982. By 2000, D.R.I. signed with Beer City, who released old and new works from these punk rock stalwarts. There have been some recurring health issues with Spike, their guitar player, but he's back in action.

Justin Bieber at The Rave-Eagles Club Milwaukee

Justin Bieber will "perform" at the Rave in Milwaukee on November 12th. He doesn't have a disk out yet. It won't be released until after the Rave show. Rave tickets for this show are moving fast. Between this post and the date of the show, Little Justin Bieber will have grown about 1/2 inch. He started with Youtube, and now he's on a rocket ride to stardom, I suppose.

Switching Venues at the last minute

I think that venue switching can really screw up people's seating arrangements. According to the twin cities tickets blog, Lyle Lovitt switched venues at the last minute, and 30 of the first row fans would have to be moved to another row. How is that fair? Sometimes, you see that happen at The Rave, where a band is moved from The Eagle's Club room to The Rave. That is easy since there are no seats in The Rave. But when you lose an assigned seat, what are you going to do?
